Who are we? 🙋‍♀️

TROOPR is building the next generation social platform for sport and fitness, with the goal of connecting and activating people. As a first step, we make fitness groups thrive by reducing admin and gamifying the experience - in order to provide a smooth and exciting experience for the users.

We launched our beta in November 2021, tested it with customers, and have recently raised an investment round in order to pivot and scale the business.

We have exciting times ahead of us, where we among others will work with developing gamification, our loyalty program, and group functions - and now we are looking for an UX intern to be a part of our journey.

What you will be doing?🎨

- Be apart of driving the end-to-end design work for the product:

 - Conduct user research to identify key insights and opportunities.  

- Develop solutions within those opportunity spaces including user flows & prototype solutions.  

- Conduct user testing on proposed solutions, both through testing sessions and A/B tests.

  - Complete the UI on the winning solutions and work with the tech team to ensure they are implemented correctly.

- Student (?) 🤓 if so, we adopts to your LIA/internship period

- Strong interest and passion for user experience and how to create loyal customers🔁  

- Knowledge in Adobe XD, Figma or similar tool💻  

- Creative and innovative 👩‍🎨👨‍🎨
